How CARE is responding
Right now, our incredibly dedicated team is working around the clock to support the urgent needs of people in Gaza, West Bank and Lebanon.
CARE has reached more than 750,000 people in need in Gaza and West Bank over past year, and we have supported over 14,000 people in Lebanon since the recent escalation of violence in the country.
We are prioritising safe water and medicine, as well as providing mental health support, and shelter kits to people whose homes have been damaged or destroyed.
Our focus on women means we are supporting women to give birth and care for their children, and providing dignity kits for women and girls containing sanitary towels and other feminine hygiene products.
How you can help
More funds are urgently needed to meet the huge levels of need.
- £10 could provide blankets for 2 people
- £50 could provide food to five families for one week
- £300 could provide shelter to 15 families
Please join thousands of people in the UK who are determined to help protect women and their communities from this horrific conflict and donate today.
Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC)
CARE International UK is raising money together with the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) for the Middle East Humanitarian Appeal. The DEC is a consortium of 15 aid agencies working together in times of disasters and emergencies
